  • Cohorts for Heart and Aging Research in Genomic Epidemiology Consortium (CHARGE): an international organization founded to facilitate GWAS and subsequently omics meta-analyses and replication opportunities among multiple large and well-phenotyped longitudinal cohort studies.
  • BRain Imaging, cognition, Dementia and next generation GEnomics: a Transdisciplinary approach to search for risk and protective factors of neurodegenerative disease (BRIDGET): JPND-funded consortium on biological mechanisms underlying early structural brain alterations that portend an increased dementia risk, and thus contribute to the discovery of novel therapeutic targets.
